Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
AI Workspace provides research tools and experimental CV, conversation, and webpage analysis for approved users. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information and store your name, email address, Google account identifier, and email verification status to create your account and control access. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google contacts. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored by the application.
We also process content you submit or import, such as CV text, conversation text, research records, webpage URLs, and extracted webpage content. Sessions and operational records may include your IP address, browser information, request times, and errors.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate approved users, provide the requested tools, maintain research records, protect the application, and diagnose technical problems. Submit personal information about other people only when you have permission or another appropriate basis to do so.
Google and AI service providers
Google handles the sign-in process under its own Privacy Policy. When you run an AI assessment, the content needed for that assessment is sent to TypeSafe, the provider of the Jev model. Your Google sign-in credentials are not included in these analysis requests.
Application hosting and service providers process information needed to operate their services. Their handling and retention of information are governed by their applicable terms and policies. Fetching a webpage also sends a request to the website you specify.
Cookies and storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and help protect requests against forgery. Account and imported research records are stored in the application database. The latest SEO page preview is stored in your session. Temporary processing data and operational logs may remain until their normal cleanup or administrative removal.
Signing out invalidates your application session; it does not delete your account or stored research records. Information is retained for operating the workspace, maintaining security, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention may differ between account records, sessions, logs, backups, and external providers.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the application and remove its access through your Google account settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by this application, contact the workspace administrator who provided your access, or use the developer support email shown on the Google consent screen. Revoking Google access does not itself delete information already stored in the workspace.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated as the application changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
