AI Workspace

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of AI Workspace, a private application offering research tools and experimental AI analysis. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Access and accounts

Access is limited to approved Google accounts. Use your own account, keep it secure, and notify the workspace administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or removed to protect the application or address misuse.

Acceptable use

Use the application lawfully and only submit, import, or analyze information you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another person's account, or use the application to harm others.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to perform the actions you request, including storage where applicable and transmission to the AI provider when you run an assessment. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful use of that content.

AI results and limitations

AI results are experimental and may be incomplete or incorrect. Confidence values are model estimates, not guarantees. Review outputs and supporting evidence before relying on them. Do not use an assessment as the sole basis for hiring, legal, financial, medical, or other significant decisions about people. SEO results do not guarantee search rankings or indexing.

Availability and third-party services

The application may change or become unavailable, and features may depend on Google, TypeSafe, hosting providers, or websites you request. Continuous availability, error-free results, and recovery of submitted content are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed to provide the application and how to make a privacy request.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the application changes. For questions about access, these terms, or the service, contact the workspace administrator who provided your access, or use the developer support email shown on the Google consent screen. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
